Our topic will be Fusion Marketing!
Fusion marketing is all about finding businesses with the same kind of prospects and standards as you have and then joining forces to create joint marketing programs. You expand your marketing reach, while you reduce your marketing costs!
Have you ever tried fusion marketing? Got success stories you would like to share? Non-successes you think we can all learn from? Looking for potential fusion partners? Well, come to the meeting and let’s talk about it.
“Fuse it or lose” it is the guerrilla marketer’s motto!
We are happy to say that we have received a number of requests to re-start the Biz Talk series and are now planning its return.
Our plan is to offer it twice a month on a set schedule (such as the first and third Tuesday of each month) rather than the previous every other week. A fixed schedule will help everyone remember which Tuesday is the meeting!
The hour long format worked–long enough to cover a topic and easy enough to fit into everyone’s busy schedules. And, the 9am-to-10am time slot will be kept unless we get feedback that we need to adjust it.
I would like to get suggestions for topics. Some ideas to get you thinking are:
- Web site issues (Search Engines, Local Search, creating web site content, etc.)
- Social media marketing
- Guerrilla marketing
- Using financial statements for better profitability
- Improving cash flow
- Sharing marketing efforts that have worked
- Developing partners for joint marketing efforts
This is just a start. Many of these topics would require mutliple sessions to explore or could be broken into smaller “bite-size” portions.
