The Customer Service Academy is an award winning program designed by Merced College. It is a highly interactive program designed to give participants the skills they need to work effectively with customers and co-workers.

We will be offering the program starting in October. Working in conjunction with the Town of Windsor and the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, we will start with one of the ten modules and offer the program each Tuesday, from 8:30 to 10 am.

More details are forthcoming . . . but be sure to mark your calendar now.

At our last Biz Talk session, it was brought up that our Thursday meetings conflicted with other standing meetings for the Chamber of Commerce, BID, Town of Windsor, etc. In order to make the meeting more accessible to all business owners, we have moved the meetings to every other Tuesday.

September 2 will be our next Biz Talk. The time is the same: 9-10am.
